All of our products are shipped and delivered by well-known companies across France such as UPS, DHL and USPS.
 
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
 
We only offer one type of delivery: Free delivery 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
 
After your order is processed, free shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive at its final destination.
 
To pack each order, we use strong boxes with internal protection to ensure safety throughout the shipping process.
 
If you received a tracking number via email, your order has been processed and shipped to the fulfillment center. As soon as your tracking information changes from “En Route” to “In Transit”, it only takes 5-7 business days to arrive for shipment.
 
We cannot change the shipping address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location for your order, please contact us within one day of placing your order at
